The grape harvest is done manually usually at the beginning of October. The bottling is usually done in July.
The wine stays 5 or 6 months in wood barrels and then in stainless steel barrels.

Colour: ruby with shades of garnet red after the ageing
Scent: intense. It has marked red fruits and cherry features lightly spiced and sometimes floral. It gets bodied if it stays in wood barrels and it develops cacao and vanilla flavour
Taste: the taste blends and completes with refinement

Pairing: it pairs with roasts, white meats and mixed boiled meat
